Gems Merge

Tap on a jewel to choose it. Slide the selected gem onto an next stone with the same number to merge them. The merged stones will evolve into a next numbered gem. Think ahead your moves to create bigger numbered gems and free up space on the grid. The game finishes when the board is filled and no more joins can be made. Points is based on the maximum numbered jewel you achieve.
